    • Released on February 16th 2024

3. Work Plan for 2024

  • Work plans are published on the web in the various Working Group pages.
  • Collaboration-wide development items is summarized and posted on the web.
  • The last Technical Forum, on April 11th, was devoted to the presentation and discussion of the work plan.

4. Release schedule

  • Beta release, G4 11.3.beta, expected for June 28th
  • Minor release, G4 11.3, expected for December 6th

5. Spokesperson election

  • Forming the Candidate Nomination Team (CNT)
    • Three volunteers: Marc Verderi, Makoto Asai, John Apostolakis
    • CNT membership was approved
  • Election time table is agreed as follows:
    • Nomination phase : 2 weeks
    • Nominee(s) endorsement by SB : 1 week
    • Election phase : 2 weeks
  • CNT will announce the election procedure to the Collaboration
