Full Integration of Opticks with Geant4

Plan and deliverables:

• Creation of an extended example in which optical photon production and tracing is offloaded to the GPU while the non-optical physics processes are executed on the CPU, with the initial focus on modeling of liquid Argon TPC’s.
• Gradual implementation of optical physics processes and features currently not implemented in Opticks, e.g. Wave Length Shifting, as needed.
