1. Regular items

• The open requirements, pending actions, status of long open bug reports, as well as physics and computing performance monitoring are reviewed.
• Significant increase of memory footprint observed by 10.3-ref-01 was understood and fixed.

1. Release

• Geant4 version 10.4 release schedule
  • Group-1 deadline : October 27th
  • Group-2 deadline : November 3rd
  • Group-3 deadline : November 10th
    • No development tag or new data-set will be allowed after the last Group-3 deadline.
  • User documentation deadline : December 1st
  • Public release : December 8th

1. Interim working group deputy coordinators

• Standard EM WG Deputy Coordinator

• Basic and extended examples WG Deputy Coordinator
  • Alex Howard (ETH Zurich)
• They are replacing Peter Gumplinger as interim appointments until the election foreseen in February 2018

1. Geant4 Collaboration logo

• Three final candidates are confirmed. The final vote by the whole Collaboration (pick one out of three) will be conducted soon.
• Aim to conclude well before 10.4 release

1. 2018 Collaboration meeting

• SB welcomes Luis Sarmiento’s proposal.
  • Lund, Sweden - 27th - 31st of August, 2018
• Note the earlier date than usual

1.  Git migration

• Status and proposed schedule were presented at the Collaboration meeting.
• Migration schedule and guidances will be distributed to the Collaboration.

1. Drupal-7 migration

• Status and proposed schedule were presented at the Collaboration meeting.
• The old site is now frozen, and no updates are allowed.
• Migration schedule and guidances will be distributed to the Collaboration.

1. Documentation overhaul

• Status and proposed schedule were presented at the Collaboration meeting.
• We will adopt ReST/sphinx for 10.4.
• SVN repository for documentation will be blocked in the coming weeks.

• New publication board membership is endorsed.
